There is a relatively large selection of quality games for the motion detector sensor. These include types of games to suit most anyone. There is sports games, dance games, and role playing. Since it doesn’t seem that video games are going to phase out any time soon, the involvement of the full body action is important to help offset any negatives from what would be a very sedentary endeavor.
